Refund Policy

Hey, we get it—life happens! At The Silver Starfish, we want you to feel good about booking your yoga retreat or mindful getaway. This Refund Policy explains what happens if you need to cancel or if something changes. Questions? Hit us up at [email protected].

Canceling Your Booking

More than 60 days before retreat start: Full refund, minus a $100 admin fee (gotta cover our costs).
30-60 days before retreat start: 50% refund of your total payment.
Less than 30 days before retreat start: Sorry, no refunds, but we can try to move you to another retreat (subject to availability).
To cancel, email us at [email protected] with your name and retreat details. We’ll confirm within 48 hours.
Deposits

Retreat deposits are non-refundable, but transferable to another retreat within 12 months if you cancel 60+ days out.
If you don’t pay the full balance 30 days before the retreat, we might cancel your spot (no refund on deposit).
If We Cancel

If The Silver Starfish cancels a retreat (due to weather, low sign-ups, or unforseen stuff), you’ll get a full refund or the option to join another retreat.
We’re not responsible for extra costs like flights or visas, so travel insurance is your friend!
Changes to Retreats

We might tweak schedules, locations, or activities (like swapping a hike for yoga if it rains). No refunds for minor changes, but we’ll make sure it’s still amazing.
If a major change happens (like a venue switch), we’ll offer a partial refund or alternative retreat if you’re not happy.
No-Shows

If you don’t show up for your retreat or leave early, we can’t offer refunds or transfers. Let us know if something’s up—we’ll try to help!
How Refunds Work

Refunds go back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card) within 10 business days.
If you paid via a third-party platform, their refund rules might apply.
Currency exchange rates or bank fees might affect your final refund amount (outta our control).
